As you might be aware of the Dutch lower court has ordered one of our competitors to seize to offer its services to residents of the Netherlands. Expekt.com completely disagrees with this decision which we belive is wrong in its interpretations of the laws and against the most fundamental ideas of the European Union. This is indeed also the opinion of the Advocate General of the European Court of Justice.

Expekt.com has decided to temporarily stop offering our services while these unclarities are beeing sorted out, which we belive will be done very shortly.

This means that you as a customer can still use our free service and you can of course deposit or withdraw money as usual.
